• NO BAKE | Peanut butter monster granola bites

     I would suggest doubling the recipe, these yummy morsels won't last long!

    Ingredients: 

    • 1¼ cups old fashioned oats
    • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or nut butter) 
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/2 cup m&m's (I like mine crushed) 

    Directions: 

    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. When my daughter is helping in the kitchen I like to pre-measure all of the ingredients first and mix with our hands. Because it's just more fun that way! Haha 

    Roll into small bite sized balks, approximately 1x1" and place on parchment lined dish. 

    Place in fridge and allow to set for a minimum of 30 min.

    Store in air tight container or zip lock Baggie in the fridge. 

    Recipe makes approximately 12 balls if hand mixing.
