All garments are machine washable (woohoo!). Wash inside out if able in cold water with similar colours. We recommend using phosphate-free detergent to help prevent fading over time. Tumble dry low heat. To minimize shrinkage, hang or lay flat to dry. For leggings, slightly tug on each leg while damp before hanging to dry. Iron inside out if able with low heat (NO STEAM) should you desire. DO not iron over or near any embellishments such as snaps.
To clean wooden teething rings and KEWE Clips, simply wipe down with clean water when needed. As with all wooden products they are naturally anti-bacterial, so soaps are not usually necessary. Please do not expose to chemicals, excess heat or freeze. To cool. Place in shallow bowl of water in the fridge.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as... Items returned that are not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
If a 'tracked' shipping method is not selected at the time of checkout we cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and state whether you qualify for a full or partial refund according to the condition in which it is received back. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your issuing bank.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is being returned or exchanged to due a defect or error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
