SHIPPING POLICY 

All items are shipped by Canada Post from Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. Items are ready to ship and will dispatch within 2-5 business days from date of purchase. Shipping prices are based on weight of item(s). FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 within Canada & $150 in the USA. 

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All garments are machine washable (woohoo!).  Wash inside out if able in cold water with similar colours. We recommend using phosphate-free detergent to help prevent fading over time. Tumble dry low heat. To minimize shrinkage, hang or lay flat to dry. For leggings, slightly tug on each leg while damp before hanging to dry. Iron inside out if able with low heat (NO STEAM) should you desire. DO not iron over or near any embellishments such as snaps.

To clean wooden teething rings and KEWE Clips, simply wipe down with clean water when needed. As with all wooden products they are naturally anti-bacterial, so soaps are not usually necessary. Please do not expose to chemicals, excess heat or freeze. To cool. Place in shallow bowl of water in the fridge. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Please email hello@keweclothing.com to initiate a return.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

If a 'tracked' shipping method is not selected at the time of checkout we cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen items. 

Refunds:
Once your return is received your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your issuing bank.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@keweclothing.com.

Exchanges:
We only replace items at our cost if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for an alternative size, please send us an email at hello@keweclothing.com. Additional shipping charges may apply. 

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
